This lakeside vacation rental in Fort Ann, NY includes a living room with breathtaking views of Hadlock Lake, just minutes from Lake George Village. This quaint, private chateau has two bedrooms with views from every bed, one custom full bath, an eat-in kitchen, heat, and A/C.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with a walk-out deck into the outdoors, overlooking the lake. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Sit outside and kick back in the outdoor living space with a large patio overlooking the glistening Hadlock Lake and a deck with sliding glass doors exiting the living room. Grill up some dinner on the BBQ grill. Cozy up next to the firepit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the hot tub! This home is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The property spans 95 feet of direct waterfront, and the rental includes a floating dock, a large dock for your boat, and great fishing!
Access Paradocks Park, a private park for Northern Living guests: featuring a swing set, playhouse, basketball court, horseshoes, geodome, and much more! You can rent kayaks and paddleboards to experience all the lake offers; ask us how. Play games and unwind in the new bar/game room. This detached building features a bar, dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a pool table. This is the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends and make the best memories!
